Breathing, gentle stretching, strengthening and core stability along with relaxation techniques in Yoga can help you come to terms with the changes in your body and mind during pregnancy.
The Pranayamic breathing techniques learnt in yoga can greatly assist with the birth of your baby and in relaxing and keeping you calm during pregnancy...

If you have recently given birth - Congratulations! Come along to this special class which focuses on gentle strengthening core stability and balance to regain the equilibrium once again !
Do come along if you are expecting a child or have just recently given birth - as this class has been especially designed mindfully with your safety, well being in mind of harmony of mind and body.
During class focus on yourself and your baby, and participate at a pace and intensity that is comfortable for you.
Please seek medical advice and clearance from your Doctor or midwife before commencing any exercise routine Yoga is gentle and low impact but some health conditions during pregnancy can make a class uncomfortable. Once you have had reassurance all is well you are welcome to join the pre natal yoga class designed especially for mothers to be all yoga asanas have been carefully modified for a safe enjoyable class especially for you and your baby.

Class costing is £10 for an hour of Yoga and Meditation, a course can be purchased of 5 or 10 weeks pranayama breathing and gentle Yoga asanas with meditation &relaxation with Principal Suzanne and includes a social session with complimentary tea to chat and to meet other mums to be and mums who can offer advice !
