Our Sivananda Retreat is based upon the five principles of Yoga practiced by Swami Sivananda. We have established our Yoga retreat based upon these five principles... where yoga students can have a complete rest of body mind and spirit.
Postiive Thinking - Vedanta and Meditation Dhyana
Proper Exercise - Asanas
Proper Breathing - Pranayama
Proper Relaxation - Savasan
Proper Diet - Vegetarian/Vegan Satvic
There are many Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres and Ashrams internationally and this beautiful MagnaYoga Sanctuary in this tiny hamlet offers an insight into this positive healthy new lifestyle choice.
