Classes are bookable individually or as a course and are generally one hour or one and a half hour including a social time to relax after the class. See the class desciptions below for details.

Please note that Pilates is only bookable as a course and payable for all course in advance.

Meditation                          

Meditation classes, workshops, and day, afternoon or weekend retreats to restore & rejeuvenate - with Principal Suzanne - ask for details


Pilates

Courses of 1 Hour sessions &  7/14 weeks course with Lyn O'Neil Pilates  & Tracy. These courses need to be Pre-booked and paid in advance such is the demand for places. Do enquire via Suzanne at the Magna Sanctuary.

Pre/Post Natal Classes

Class designed especially for mothers to be and mothers. £10 one hour ten week course bookable in ten Yoga vouchers taught by Principal Suzanne 

One to One with Principal & Founder of The Sanctuary - Suzanne

Private individual programme designed especially for you personally with Principal Suzanne (see 1-2-1 section for details )
initial 1-2-1 and consultation and session £50 for an hour 

with subsequent 1 hr private session with Suzanne £45

1-2-1 REIKI with Suzanne is £40 reiki private session

Private session available with The Magna Sanctuary Therapist Debbie Nash by appointment. £40 an hour adult initial consultation followed by £35 subsequent treatments. £15 child half hour.
