Classes are bookable individually or as a course and are generally one hour or one and a half hour including a social time to relax after the class. See the class desciptions below for details.

Meditation

Pilates

Courses of 1 Hour sessions &  6 weeks course with Lyn O'Neil Pilates  & Jilly. These courses need to be Pre-booked and paid in advance such is the demand for places. Do enquire via Suzanne at the Magna Sanctuary.

Pre/Post Natal PRIVATE 1-2-1

Class designed especially for mothers to be and mothers. £25 one hour class taught by Principal Suzanne 

One to One with Principal & Founder of The Sanctuary - Suzanne

Private individual programme designed especially for you personally with Principal Suzanne (see 1-2-1 section for details )
initial 1-2-1 and consultation and session £50 for an hour 

with subsequent 1 hr private session with Suzanne £40
1-2-1 REIKI with Suzanne is £40 reiki private session

Bowen Therapy 

Private session availablle with Nikki call to book a Bowen therapy with Nikki Woods

Reiki session
Private Reiki therapy with Suzanne £40 an hour private session set in the beautiful chapel with candles, incense, gentle music and the energy of the lovely chapel..come and be restored

Holistic Yoga & Meditation Retreat workshops – afternoon & restoring full Day & Retreat  - see Retreat pages for details & costing example £30 for Saturday afternoon retreat workshop  and Day retreat £70 includes lunch and afternoon tea and cake ! Weekend £100 

Residential accomodation not included but you are welcome to stay in Suzanne's private victorian home that has 3 lovely guest rooms for retreat students booking early recommended as these are right next to the Sanctuary wake up, shower enjoy a organic breakfast & stroll into the Sanctuary for your retreat.
